Stupisci i tuoi ospiti con un piatto salutare, semplice ma di grande effetto. Ecco come realizzare uno scenografico filetto di pesce spada con la piastra delle nostre cucine!

Ingredienti:
- quattro filetti di pesce spada
- 100 ml olio d’oliva
- 100 ml succo di limone
- capperi
- olive nere
- cipolla in granuli
- sale e pepe q.b.
- foglie di finocchietto selvatico

Procedimento:
1. Prepara la marinatura mischiando l’olio, il succo di limone, il sale e pepe, il granulare di cipolla e metà dei capperi e delle olive.
2. Adagia il pesce spada in una pirofila e coprilo con la marinatura. Lascia marinare in frigorifero per 5 ore.
3. Scalda la piastra e cuoci il pesce spada per circa 5 minuti per lato, in base allo spessore del filetto.
4. Servi completando con l’altra metà di capperi e olive tritati al coltello e ciuffi di finocchietto selvatico.

Il solo profumo fa venire l’acquolina in bocca... oggi vi proponiamo la ricetta di deliziose costine di maiale (le famose Ribs) in salsa barbecue!

Ingredienti
- due tagli interi di costine di maiale, già pulite
- sale e olio q.b.
- salsa barbecue artigianale
- paprika, peperoncino, cumino, pepe q.b.

Procedimento
- In una terrina, mescola le spezie con un filo d’olio
- Prendi le costine e spennellale uniformemente con il composto ottenuto, avvolgile nella pellicola e lasciale riposare in frigo per un paio d’ore.
- Posiziona le costine sulla griglia, con la parte dell’osso rivolta verso il basso, e lontane dalla fonte di calore, e cuocile con il coperchio per circa due ore.
- Spennella le costine con la salsa barbecue, chiudi nuovamente il coperchio e lascia cuocere per altri cinque-dieci minuti.
- Estrai, aggiungi salsa barbecue a piacimento e gusta le tue ribs!

Per le tue cene all’aperto, ti proponiamo un secondo piatto leggero,
gustoso e nutriente, perfetto da servire agli ospiti con un contorno
di verdura. Ecco come preparare degli ottimi calamari alla piastra!

Ingredienti:
- quattro calamari
- succo di limone
- olio, sale e pepe q.b.
- aglio e prezzemolo q.b.

Procedimento:
1. Pulire accuratamente i calamari, assicurandosi di separare i
tentacoli dalla sacca ed eliminare le interiora e l’osso. Risciacquare
abbondantemente.
2. Tamponare delicatamente i calamari con un canovaccio pulito e
praticare dei tagli sulle sacche.
3. Preparare una marinatura con succo di limone, sale e pepe e
lasciarvi riposare i calamari: questo passaggio permetterà loro di
rimanere morbidi in cottura.
4. Scaldare la piastra e cuocere i calamari per 4-5 minuti per lato.
5. Servire con una salsa a base di olio, sale, aglio e prezzemolo e un
contorno di stagione.
